What is eNPS?
In marketing, NPS, or Net Promoter Score, is a metric often used to measure how much your customers are advocating for you. Ensuring a good customer experience is one of the best ways to get the word out about your company or brand naturally. With this in mind, eNPS, or employee Net Promoter Score, is pretty self-explanatory: it’s the Net Promoter Score of your employees. In other words, eNPS allows you to measure how much your employees are advocating for your company. Odds are, if they’re saying good things about you, they’re happy in the workplace and engaged with your company and that means they’re more productive.
